Telstra WTF?

This is the reply I get from Telstra this time, no shit. Verbatim.

I don't understand it, it does not make any sense. I think they must use bots that pick random english phrases out of a database and send pointless messages like this to save having real people there.

So I call the number that Telstra give me and spend 10mins in an automated menu system being told useless recorded stuff I don't care about before I give up and call the other number only to be told that they cannot help unless I call from my Telstra mobile that does not work. Idiots.
